Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant personal history, and what you hope to gain from counseling. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and discuss how we'll work together moving forward. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Bloom Counseling is currently a private pay practice and does not accept insurance.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care may cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance with an estimate of expected charges for services. This estimate will include the expected cost of your counseling services based on the information available at the time it is created.
Your Good Faith Estimate will be provided before your first scheduled appointment and can be updated if your expected services or needs change. Please note that the actual amount you pay may vary depending on your specific needs and the length or frequency of services.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of the entire session amount.
